RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at wallsorted@agentmail.to with your order number.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We may make a proportionate deduction from a refund only where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if you provide evidence that they have been sent back. We will refund the original standard delivery charge where required by law, but not any express or upgraded delivery supplement.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email wallsorted@agentmail.to with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We will not require a physical return unless we specifically ask for one.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
